| BLACK STALLION TRUST OFFICIALLY SIGNED WITH CHICAGO TITLE. Black Stallion Hills officially signed the Black Stallion Trust with Latin America Title, the exclusive agents of Chicago Title in Costa Rica. This document was signed Friday, March 27th. 2009' in San Jose. (See photos.)

Black Stallion Hills Legal Structure
°This Condominium Regime will allow our clients to own and have access to common areas, such as roads, stables, green areas, amusement facilities, among others. ° By means of a Guarantee Trust, developers transferred the real estate properties on which the Black Stallion Hills Project is located, to a neutral third party (for which purpose we chose Latinamerica Title Company an exclusive Agent of Chicago Title in Costa Rica, +506 2256-9697) that in its condition of trustee and acting according with the terms and conditions set in the pre-sales contracts, will keep the real estate property separated from developer’s patrimony and the buyer assets until all the obligations and terms agreed are duly complied by both parties. ° By means of an Administration Trust an Operational Trustee will secure our clients that any down payment or installment received and related to the real estate properties sold will be exclusively used in the development of the Project. ° This dual regime will allow our clients to become the sole and unique beneficiaries of the real estate properties to be created inside the Condominium Project. ° This beneficiary’s position will facilitate financing through bank loans, since a legal structure is already created to secure their payments. ° Until the Condominium Project is completely constituted and the real estate properties are legally ready to be transfer, the buyers will receive a fee title of the real estate property acquired. ° Since the real estate properties and rights transferred to the Trust are kept as independent and separate from the trustor, trustee and the beneficiary assets´, they are not subject to attachment.
