THE MAKING OF THE MASTER PLAN It's not called a master plan for no reason. To make a master plan of this size is an incredibly huge job. What we have done on Black Stallion Hills is incorporated 3 large farms and joined them together to create one master plan. This amazing master plan that you are looking at has taken over 2 years and an incredible amount of work. We are pleased and very excited to be able to share it with you now. (This complete project will be under a condominium horizontal). Thanks to all the topography teams, hydrologists, engineers, & the legal team that backed us up to make this dream become a reality! Now Black Stallion is established as a destination that many families & creative individuals will enjoy in the future.
