COLOR PALETTE: ALL EARTH TONES

Color Choices: Off white, cafe, bone, sand, terra cotta, mocha, wood tones.
All colors should blend into the color of the earth that you are building on.

DESIGN YOUR HOME TO SUITE THE ASTHETICS OF ITS ENVIRONMENT & BLEND INTO THE NATURE OF THIS PRISTINE PLACE.

HOME DESIGN & DIRECTION

We thrive on creative minds & fresh ideas. We like Santa Fe, Mexican Contemporary, Ranch, Classic Hacienda, New Spanish and Contemporary tropical. We feel if you going to create a real home on beautiful Black Stallion it needs to be:
a. the home that's going to make you the client very happy!
b. add to the project's character, Ranch Style & Guanacaste feel.
c. be the home & retreat you never really want to leave!
d. a place that will bring you good times, much joy & happiness.

When designing please be light on the earth. It is under great stress.
Gardens should work with the nature thats already been delivered to your home site.
Please plant fruit trees as you can pick fresh & squeeze.

Natural rocks can be used for entrance columns & walls for privacy: (max 6-7ft tall)

We hope you plant trees & creative more shade. Use solar & save power. Use water wisely. Use new green products & ideas.
