Creating a custom home in Guanacaste needs talent & experience in the area. With good communications & a clear design brief, we can create your ideas on paper with amazing design detail in CAD format, so that your requests & ideas become visual reality perfected on paper. From there we move on into more detail.

We also have a list of established Costa Rican Architects that we like to recommend.

We have several builders to choose from mainly from San Jose. However, more & more building companies are setting up shop in the Guanacaste area due to the demand. We make our building decisions on quality & past performance.
